Tay Siew Peng
Commercial Manager
Ms. Tay Siew Peng joined Fortrec as a Commercial Manager in 2022. She is member of the Senior Management Team.
Ms Tay leads the contracts and fulfillment team which administers the economic forecast, partners acceptance, pricing and product valuation, shipping and chartering functions of the company.
Prior to joining Fortrec, Ms. Tay served as a Commercial Operations Manager at Neste Asia Pacific Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2022 where she gained experience through leading, managing and guiding a high-performing commercial operations team. She has also previously served companies such as Shell Eastern Petroleum Ltd, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and Singapore Petroleum Company with a focus in optimizing customer supply and maximizing value, quality assurance coordination and trading of petroleum products.
Ms. Tay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
